PENGUIN & POLAR BEAR BABIES STARGAZING / Original Art Or Giclee / Signed On Back

This charming work is a mystery to me. It is definitely not a print since there are no little dots under magnification (see close-up photo of the penguin). It is either an original gouache/watercolor or a giclee. It is signed on the back of the thick watercolor paper but I cannot make out the signature. The artwork measures approximately 11 x 14 inches and is in beautiful condition.
