marktacke Hello Alina, how are you? I have a question regarding these Propet shoes, size 10. They are for my mom. She has an older pair and wants to replace them. We have noticed that recent releases of these shoes have now reduces the length of the upper Velcro. I measured her current shoes and from stitching on the shoe to the end top, they measure just over 11 inches. Can you let me know what the length is for these? (I took them out of the metal loop, stretched it out, and measured from end to end)

alinashoes @marktacke hi sorry I didn’t see this earlier. The strap measures 9 inches from the beginning of the Velcro to the end of the strap. If you have a shoe repair shop near you, you can have them put a little elastic on the straps. I used to do this for my customers that had a lot of swelling. The lower strap by the toes is 7 inches. My mom loves these shoes too. They stay you her feet and are great for her hammer toes!
