PD!! Betsey Johnson strapless ruched dress

Betsey Johnson black strapless dress with ruching. Lined interior around chest area. Has hooks for strap that would go around neck but can’t find the strap (see 6th photo). Fitted. Size is listed as P (see 5th photo). To the best of my knowledge, this is a size Petite Small. Good condition. No stains or tears. Cotton spandex blend. 32.5” from armpit to bottom. Top of dress along back stretches (see 3rd photo).
