NEW WITH TAGS- These adorable, vibrant floral shorts actually look like a skirt when you wear them. They have lots of extra fabric that is heavily pleated. They have a 2 1/2 inch smocked waistband. On both sides are half of the fabric tie/belt that can be tied in the front (photos 1 & 2) or in the back (photo 6). I’m showing both a simple tie where one half is just folded over the other in the first 2 photos and a bow in the one in back). The fabric is soft and lightweight with no stretch. 100% Rayon.
