The middle has a sheer piece of fabric that's see through you can put material underneath to make it not so revealing. It's a show stopper dress really pretty and shows figure. The back is a corset so you can adjust the fit it has padded cups in the top that can be removed Im 5 1' and wore 4 inch heals
