@jlucy0002 I tried them on when they came in the mail and I would say they are pretty true to size. They are designed to be looser, but not super flowy so that the ruffle bottom can stand out. The size chart is included for your convenience but I would say they are a comfortable, not too tight fight at your normal size. Hope this helps! π
