PARADISE standard size multicolor floral sleeveless fit/flare dress original tag

THIS BEAUTIFUL TROPICAL-PRINT SLEEVELESS FIT-AND-FLARE DRESS BY PARADISE is pre-owned, an estate-sale purchase, but apparently unworn, with an original tag attached (pictures #9 & 10). There are no labels for brand, material, or care; the brand is given on the tag, and the size is listed as "standard size," whatever that means. It's otherwise in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. In classic fit-and-flare style, it consists of a close=fitting sleeveless bodice joined to a flaring knee-length skirt. The bodice is very stretchy, in a material similar to a tube top, but there is no stretch in the skirt. It feature a beautiful floral pattern, flowers (hibiscus?) and foliage in green (several shades), turquoise, and white against a black background. It has a sash at the waist that's attached at the side seams and ties in back. (I suppose you could tie it in front if you wanted to.) Since the size is only given as "standard," prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 11.5", stretches to about 15"; waist 10.5", stretches to about 14"; hemline 35"; shoulder about 14" (approximate because the position of the straps can vary) ; length (in back, neckline to hem) 32.5". If you like the dress but not the price, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate. Make me an offer.
