Beautiful vintage Papell beaded top. Beaded cuffs. Hem also has the beaded detail like the cuffs. Shoulder pads. High slits on either side of blouse. Size S When I picked up this item, I believed it was a mini dress and thought it would be gorgeous to wear on New Year's Eve or formal event, then realized how high the slits on the sides but.... you could definitely have the slits sewn up a bit and it would be a rocin" sexy but classy item.
