P.A.L.T. Czechoslovakia Vintage 1930s Violets Gold Trim 9 Sets Cups Saucers Unique estate find: Purple Violets bouquet collection - 9 Sets of cups and saucers, gold trim around each item. Majority of cups and saucers is in great condition with no cracks, chips, discoloration or loss of gold trim. I made pictures of all the defects I have found - couple of tiny chips on the rims - none of them affect the integrity or an overall look of the item. Please note that some cups & saucers have small black spots and some cups have small dents inside: these are part of manufacturing porcelain, not defects. Dimensions: - cup 3.5 X 2.5 in - saucer 5.5 in Weight 3 lb 12 oz History: The P.A.L.T. mark was used by Porzellanfabrik Adolf Laufer, a porcelain factory in business in Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia (now Trnovany, Czech Republic). The factory was in business from 1919 to about 1938.
