Beautiful Ross Simons sapphire and diamond accent ring. I do believe these are lab created sapphires as this ring is 925 with a gold tone overlay. Even though it is one ring, it gives the illusion of 3 stacks. Size 7. Sorry, no box or bag. Some scratches and small chips on gold overlay.
