There are leggings, feels like leggings but look similar to form fitting dress pants when wearing. The cotton is a heavier organic cotton. They feel wonderful when wearing. The seams/stitching is great. I purchased a S & M not knowing which size would be best for me and it’s the S, only reason selling these M’s. Didn’t return in time 🫣 story of my life. In my opinion these would best fit 4/6 and depending on how you like them to fit Approximate measurements: 14.5” waist (some stretch), 3” waistband, measure 26.5” inseam yet I’m 5’3” and they are a nice full length on me. They also have pockets on each side measuring 5” wide @ 6” deep. Fits cell phone great. The pockets stay flush and do not pooch out.
