PACSUN LA Hearts dress

Flattering fitted on top half, loose on bottom of dress!Adorable heart-shaped cut out on back. Size small, but I wore when I was XS too and it also fit well. In great condition; the inside tag is only part not in great condition as depicted in photo ( won’t be visible when worn). From a smoke and pet dander free home make an offer!!
