OMG!!! This has never ever ever happened in my entire POSHMARK LIFE. Stupid postal service seems like are asking for extra $$$ for the shipping! Don't understand it cause I've shipped so much using the same type of boxes and even heavier item. I'll need to go to the USPS to add more $$$. I totally understand I'd u want to cancel your order sweetie. But as I said I've never had this issue with shipping with the labels POSHMARK supplies us. 😩

kianki @innababina sorry doll the package was returned back to me!! This has never happened ever and I'm really upset that they are asking for extra $4.87!!!! If u want to cancel your order I can totally understand that.. If not ill need to stop by the USPS 😩

kianki @innababina ok good!!! That's what I've been saying that I've shipped heavier items before too and never came across this issue. I won't be able to get to a USPS today but I can go to the FEDEX at work and do a shipping..it probably cost $6-7 for me to ship thru FedEx

kianki @innababina I think if u cover the box then they will not see its a flat rate box... U have used those before right? It says priority mail flat rate?

kianki @innababina I think it was the last at the post office... I had another item to ship and had it sold they PayPal so when I had your package she said u need to add more money so when I went back after preparing the other package it was another lady. Bet she noticed it and sent it back stupid she was... I came home for my lunch to wrap it so the box is not visible now

jsruss If this package weighed more than 2 lbs then the clerk was absolutely right to charge postage due on it. (Unless you use a flat rate box) If you don't use a flat rate box and are shipping heavier items then you need to upgrade your label through Poshmark. Any Postal clerk at the window should be able to help you with shipping questions. You also aren't supposed to wrap the flat rate boxes.
