Rare, Tiger on cover of box exterior, made by Transogram, 1960, made in USA. Pachisi is a game for two, three, or four players, four usually play in two teams. One team has yellow and blue pieces, the other team has red and green. The team which moves all its pieces to the finish first, wins the game. The game was gently used in the 1960s when first purchased, then stored away all these years. No missing pieces, no rips, tears or discolorations, excellent vintage condition.

Includes: 1 Board, 16 conical playing pieces - 4 each of Red, Yellow, Blue, Green; 2 pairs dice. There are several standout features of this game: The non-standard spelling of Parcheesi as "PA-CHIZ-SI" in an exotic font. The full color graphic on the front shows a tiger lounging in front of several exotic-looking buildings with onion domes. The board is laid out with a non-traditional number of spaces. The playing pieces are plastic cones. Rules of the game are printed on a single, double-sided sheet of paper. Back of board is simulated snakeskin popular in the 60s. Made in the USA in 1960. Box is in very good shape for a vintage item. Stored in a cool dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home.
