I keep all of my makeup in great condition. All shadows are in tact and will be recorded before shipping out. I rarely remove plastic films from palettes including on the mirror, although some may be without. I ship with the utmost care and protection. I’ve never had an issue shipping any fragile items, but I still cannot guarantee what will happen once the package leaves my hands. Dog friendly home, but not where my makeup and vanities are kept.
