P. D. Exclusive Tassel Boho Necklace/Bracelet

This Necklace was actually worn by Nicole Richie as a necklace and a bracelet, (She has a very, very tiny wrist) Featured in a People magazine article back in 2006... This is the exact same brand she wore , and were only made in limited amounts! My boutique at the time, was actually able to score about 4 of them, and this one is it..
