These boots are structurally sound and in good pre-owned condition overall with some wear present. These boots are used but they aren't too beat up. Tons of life left.  The velcro and everything works fine.   I did have some black stuff on my hands after handling these boots particularly when i touched near the top which is why I took a close-up of this area as this is the area with the most wear.
