Oxford style shoes

Brand new, never worn, comes in original package. I got them for Christmas but they didn’t fit. They say 38 (US size 8) but fit more like a 7. The laces come included, seen in photo 2. The gift giver didn’t have a return slip for it and I just never got around to contacting the company. They’re super cute and I think they would be really comfortable if they were too small for me! I’m asking for $30 but am open to offers.
