Oxblood Skirt

Forever 21 brand size small skirt. Burgundy oxblood colored skirt. Nice thick material. Not a lot of stretch at the waist. It’s a pull up style so there’s no zipper or elastic at waist. Waist measures 10.5 inches across (stretchy though) and 18 inches long.
