aprilmarie12345 @madison233 nothing! I used it for my daughter for about 6 months. Works like new! The newborn sock is brand new, never used. I didn’t get it until my daughter was older. I am the original owner also. Everything is packaged in the box that it came with. Instructions and plastic packaging is also intact
