Owl Print Shirt Dress

Black dress with cute silver owls printed. Belt to accentuate natural waist. Cinched at waist and sleeves. I'm 5'3" and it hits me right at the knee. 3/4 sleeves that can be pushed up above the elbows. Somewhat form fitted, but still flows enough to be worn in fall or spring. Never worn. Bought it hoping it would fit but it is closer to a size 2 than a 4 imo.
