Very cool and unique owl pattern! Pre-loved, from a clean home. There is no brand/tags so this info is unknown. It was purchased at a shop in SoHo in NY. 4 buttons in the front. 2 chest pockets with a button. The sleeves can be shortened by attaching them to the buttons on the high part of the sleeve. The back has some lacy/decorative material at the top. You can tie the front of the shirt for a cool look. See all pics! There is no size tag but I’d say it’s approximately a size small.
