Oversized Zara Shirt Dress in Navy - M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @michelleadam468. But way too big on me! It says medium but it fits like a XL. There is a small imperfection on cuff- easily fixed and willing to take additional off if requested. Happy to answer any sizing questions!
