Oversized Boutique Striped Cardigan Size S

I only wore this a handful of times. I bought it in a boutique in Austin, TX and loved it in the store but couldn't figure out how to style in properly. The sleeves are bell sleeves and open up. Tassles on the bottom. Like new condition
