hard to see the ruler, would these fit thin legs? and what is ghe heel height? and the condition?

@sarahc22184 Yes, they are adjustable at the top and would work nicely for thing legs. I don't have a measurement on the heel height . . . but it is a nice medium heel. Not super tall, but not short. I'm guessing it's about a 3".
