Over the knee boots. Brand new

I received this pair of boots as a gift. I really love them but they are unfortunately not my size. They are 8.5 but run small. Should fit size 8. Wore once. Almost new. But I noticed that there is some stretch on the right one (please see the last pic). It’s barely noticeable though.
