Over the Knee Fringe Boots

Very cute excellent condition sz 7 over the knee boots. The Target label says 'textile with leather upper' but the upper is vinyl and the rest is suede look. Glorious on the outside and comfortable. their only flaws are on that upper vinyl and shown in 3 photos each of the spots where it is peeling or beginning to peel. It can not be seen while wearing. If the vinyl peeled too much it Could be peeled off completely and you'd have the underneath lined suede cloth in lieu of the vinyl border.
