janederella Hey did you ever get a shipping update for your Ugg boots you purchased from courtneycamp538? I purchased a bag from her store on january 1st and until now there is no update on shipping. It says shipping label has been created but as if USPS has never actually received the packet at all. I mean it's easy to print a shipping label without ever sending the item itself right?

janederella @sarafuller11112 i did. They just refunded me my money but in the email Poshmark also said they compensated the seller their earnings from this sale because it got lost in shipping. How convenient for them, don't you think? Go to her page and on the top right you can report them. I sure did

janederella @sarafuller11112 poshmark support is ignorant and clueless enough to give her the money because they treated these as "lost in shipment". So we got our refund but she got her money too. So unfair and I've mentioned this too in my email to PM support
