where2nxt @kedigrl hey! Sounds like ur a seller’ request Posh to upgrade the shipping label for the weight of the item. There is an additional shipping charge to you the seller.

where2nxt @kedigrl sorry, 🤔 and I thought u we’re asking as a seller 🤦🏽‍♀️ Who needed to ship something to a client. FYI - labels bought in my closet can only be used for purchases in my closet they wouldn’t be accepted in someone else’s closet. Hope this helped.

If its saying free shipping it might mean Posh is has a promo going OR if its ur 1st Live Posh might be offering Free Shipping as an incentive for folk to purchase. Hope this helps
