Oval Pendant Blue & White Cameo

Very good condition for the vintage pendant in gold color. Young lady with ponytail posing in silhouette cameo. This is not signed and I don't know for certain if it is porcelain or resin, or possibly carved. I've tried to find one that looks exactly like it and nothing came up in my search. Goldtone chain with lobster clasp (I measured the length, but I did not write it down - I thought I would remember it.)
