This stunning north south art deco style ring draws you into the center with a fiery oval cut prong set ruby center stone, flanked on both sides by parallel onyx bars, set in an intricately crafted openwork face with milgrain detailing & small circle cut diamonds that make the entire face sparkle. The intricate metalwork on this piece is beyond description. The silver on the face is molded into a wave like pattern with round diamonds set in the largest parts, the shanks are formed into diamond shapes using open space to create the shape, each with a diamond in the center. The top & bottom points of the ring feature metalwork formed into scrolls. This is a timeless, intricate work of art. The under gallery is also beautifully crafted. Size 8, measured on a mandrel.
