Reposhing this item I purchased from @tovenytt. Should have asked for measurements before buying, too big for my dog. This is for a 20-30lb dog I am guessing. Hood is removable on raincoat which is 22 inches from neck to end. Please ask for measurements to be sure they will fit your dog’s girth(I think it will fit most dogs in the weight range noted-excepted for a really deep chested breed.) LIFEJACKET SHOWN IS NOT INCLUDED IN SALE.

The listing price is $9 as shown. And I am adding more pictures so you can see it better. There does not appear to be any tears or rips, and there is little signs of wear.
