Bright orange dog life jacket by Outward Hound. Features secure straps and reflective accents. Not sure the size. Doesn't say anywhere on the vest tags. I would say fits a medium size dog. Maybe a Australian shepherd size. Too big for a toy dog and too small for a pit mix or lab. Please see measurements with a tape measure in photos.
