reittercara @jah406 certainly not a professional garment measurer. I added a photo of the measurement - it looks like armpit to waist is 17inches.

jah406 @reittercara no problem. Could you take the measurement from the neck seam where it meets the hood at highest point? Either left or right side is fine. This is typically called high point shoulder and is used typically for length measurements.
