Outerknown floral tiered midi dress in a mustard / marigold yellow. Fabric is 62% cotton, 35% silk, 3% hemp. Has stretch in the smocked areas at waist & sleeve cuffs. Very good preowned condition, just lightly worn, see photos. Tagged a size large.
