Hello! Is the last color the true color - the darker blue? And do these have any stains or lingering scent/fragrance that wonβt wash out?

@walkorbikethere hi! Yes, the last picture I would say is closest to the real color β perhaps they are just a touch lighter. And there should be no lingering odors, I am a smoke and pet free home!
