Excellent Condition! Thick and warm parka with a detachable hood. I think this was at least 200g of insulation and I wore it comfortably in temps of -10 to -20 F.

carandr @paulbsfacebook Yes, there is an inner elastic sleeve under the cuff. It allows slipping glove cuffs between the elastic sleeve and the parka outer cuff to prevent cold air from getting in. I added a pic of the elastic sleeve.
