Outdoor Gear winter snow adjustable pants black size large men or women

Outdoor Gear snow/winter pants. These pants do have an adjustable waist. There is a pocket on either side of the pants. The pants have a belt loop, if needed. They are black. The pants are a size large. Measurements seen in the picture but they are adjusted. They are in good condition.
