It is made of a water resistant nylon fabric with quilted fiber fill. The wide strips that go around the belly are adjustable to allow extra room. In order to assure proper fit, measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and refer to the attached photo showing manufacturer's sizing chart. Dog coats typically run small so if you're in doubt or if your dog is overweight or stocky, you more than likely need to go up a size or two. It is extremely high quality and is brand new with tags.
