Outback red, size 4, strapless dress

Beautiful dress, purchased to wear to a wedding. Worn one time and hasn’t been worn since. Dress had straps to add to it, but they were removed and have been lost. Dress is super cute. Ruching on bust, bust is secure inside with like a rubber area to keep up. Back has zipper and clasp closure. Beautiful bright and bold print. Material is rich looking. Dress flows on bottom hem.
