This is for a gold heritage size 9. You must make sure you are a size 9 before purchase. I bought this dec 4 2023 and recently lost weight so I went down a size. I use this ring for everything always syncing with my phone and I get about 5-6 days on a charge. The less you sync the more battery you get per what I’ve read.
