scarecrow2 @joannafreed it needs to be factory reset before it is sold so that the new person can set it up in the app as their own. I would love to buy it if it is reset so I can set it up in my name

scarecrow2 The ring can only be tied to one person at a time. So the new user could not set it up for themselves if a factory reset is not performed first. Thank you

chasityscloset @joannafreed hi Joanna, are you the original purchaser of the ring? I'd like to purchase but would also like the warranty. Oura says it's transferable but I'd have to have the original order number or proof of purchase in case I ever have an issue. Let me know please. Thanks!
