Otto Lucas Junior Vintage Blue Staw Hat. Previously owned and worn with average distress wear consistent with age, use and storing. No size label. Approximate measurements inside 21", height 6" and width 14". Otto Lucas opened his salon on Bond Street in 1932. In 1950s he was supplying his fashion designs to stores, designers and private clients. He died in a plane crash in 1971. His creations can be found in the archives at some of the top museums.
