A structured A-Line skirt with a ruffle trim that adds plenty of drama. The fabric is a stiff woven cotton so the skirt holds its structure very well. Excellent condition. I noticed light marks from the store hanger, these will definitely come out when the skirt is cleaned. Measurements laying flat: Waist 13.5”, Hips 18”, Length 22”
