Good pre owned condition, it does have a rip on the inside lining near the shoulder but it is along a seam and isn’t visible from the outside or impact the integrity of the coat. No stains or other notes of wear. Wool/Alpaca blend so soft and well made NOT ITCHY Belted, single breasted, has a back center slit for movement, and is very well made.
