No head bobbing with this pillow. Personal note We just came back from a big group vacation and a majority of us used this awesome pillow, it worked well for the teenagers, 20 yr olds to us in our 50s. I would say we have average necks. We gifted my mom this pillow and it’s not comfortable for her since at 79 yrs old, she has loose skin around her neck- known as “turkey neck”.
