She twisted it incorrectly to place it back in the bag and packaging. See photos We love it because it keeps your head slightly tilted, it’s soft, comfortable, washable cover and well made. No head bobbing with this pillow. Personal note We just came back from a big group vacation and a majority of us used this awesome pillow, it worked well for the teenagers, 20 yr olds to us in our 50s. I would say we have average necks. We gifted my mom this pillow and it’s not comfortable for her since at 79 yrs old, she has loose skin around her neck- known as “turkey neck”.
