Oshkosh spaghetti strap seersucker dress is size 4/4T. Dress is embroidered with flowers. Straps tie on shoulders & has a ruffle on bottom. Loose elastic is at top. Dress is white with pink, orange & blue vertical stripes. Made in Sri Lanka of 100% cotton. It has a white background with pinks, blue and orange on top.
