Oshkosh 12 m

One of the prettiest tops I think osh kosh ever made. Absolutely beautiful and photographs perfect. My daughter wore as a dress when young with some plain white bloomers and when she got bigger she wore with some aqua colored leggings. . We do not put our baby clothing in the dryer which means it has not shrunk. I would say this item is safe for 12mo - 18mo and possibly up to 2t as a top.
