Oscar de la Renta polka-dot wrap dress - size 16

OSCAR - Oscar de la Renta polka-dot wrap dress - size 16 great pre-owned condition blue/gray dress with white (medium) polka-dots. the little string that keeps the strap in place is not attached. I usually remove them - but keeping it on here just in case the new owner prefers them (and wants to reattach it 😀) *** I do believe the tie is on the side and not the back - oops! 😉 long sleeve (with elastic cuffs)
